The Maternal & Newborn Delivery Training Manikin with Monitor is an advanced obstetric and neonatal emergency training simulator designed for nursing, midwifery, medical and emergency care training. It provides a complete practical training setup for normal delivery, complicated delivery, maternal care, newborn care, CPR and emergency response practice.

The system includes a full-size pregnant maternal manikin, neonatal manikin, fetal manikin and supporting training accessories. It allows students and instructors to demonstrate and practice the complete delivery process, from cervical changes and fetal descent to delivery complications and newborn resuscitation.

The maternal manikin is equipped with a mechanical delivery system that can simulate different delivery conditions. The delivery process can be started, paused, continued and reset through the controller. Delivery speed can also be adjusted as per training requirement. It supports simulation of head delivery, breech delivery, narrow birth canal, cord around the neck, placenta-related complications and other obstetric emergency situations.

For labour and delivery training, the simulator includes realistic cervical dilation and birth canal change modules. These modules help demonstrate different stages of labour, including cervical dilation from no dilation to 10 cm, cervical canal changes and fetal head position in relation to the ischial spine. Students can also practice measuring fetal head descent and cervical dilation.

The manikin is also suitable for antenatal examination training. It includes a soft abdominal pad for Leopold maneuver practice and allows fetal heart sound auscultation. Fetal heart sound frequency and volume can be adjusted, helping students understand fetal monitoring in a practical way.

In addition to delivery training, the maternal manikin supports multiple clinical skill procedures. These include venous access practice in the arm, medication and nutrition administration training, vulvar suture practice with multiple incision positions, tracheal intubation training, carotid pulse simulation and full CPR practice. CPR performance can be electronically monitored with voice prompts and visual feedback for ventilation volume, compression position, compression depth and compression frequency.

The neonatal manikin is designed for newborn care and emergency training. It supports neonatal nursing procedures such as eye irrigation, eye drops, washing, bandaging, umbilical cord care, scalp vein puncture and arm venous puncture. It also allows oral and nasal intubation, sputum suction, tracheal intubation and gastric lavage training.

For neonatal resuscitation, the baby manikin supports CPR practice with multiple ventilation methods, including mouth-to-mouth, mouth-to-nose and bag-mask ventilation. Students can practice artificial respiration and external chest compression in a controlled training environment.
